Do you support Antioch in any way now (financial, speaking to people about it? anything else?)

I talk about it a lot. I just STOPPED being the Chicago Liason for Antioch cause I've done it for several years and it never really took off and became a community like I imagined it. But I talk about it a lot.

I talk about Antioch--good and bad, recommend it at times, defend it at times, attack it at times. I'm a bit angry at the old girl--the damn calandar change forced me to graduate without my certification so I had to go back a year later. The postponement, and its after effects ruined me financially and to this day I still don't have my liscense. I have a degree but can't use it witout the liscense.

Also, Antioch banned me after I returned to do my student teaching term, without explanation, without notice, without ever talking to me. I found out when I went to pick up a friend. When I asked about it, DOS Scott Warren said that alumni had no more rights to appeal or information than a member of the general public. The whole thing was political, I know, involving a girl running for CM who found me threatening since I had info that could have her expelled and arrested. She and I also had a little fling once and I stopped seeing her, so she had to get me out of the picture. She dropped out before the election, DOS re-instated me, again with no discussion on whatever heinous acts I had committed, but apparently I was no longer a threat to anyone for some unknown reason. So for that injustice, I will not give money or other material support to Antioch. Kind of a shame, I think, but perhaps one day I will make a million dollars and when they ask me why I won't give to the school I can explain the story and perhaps Antioch will learn to treat people a bit more fairly. Oh yeah, last New Year's Eve I was at a party with some other alums and found that 3 of the 6 of us had been banned. An alarming trend, I think.
