I live in Columbus Ohio and a good friend of mine named ANne graduated from Antioch. We used to take her son for walks in Glen Helen all the time. I am working on a project that would be a more comprehensive listing and website of organizations and business that lean to the left side of the political spectrum. My tribe is called Renaissance Farms. Stop by and see if it interests you.

Peace.

    Thanks Lane,

I have an idea that I am going to post as soon as I can get it edited down a little. It deals with working to create a comprehensive site that will connect all of the more left leaning open minded organizations throughout the country, and eventually further. You can already find "Liberal Links" websites but nothing close to what we need if we are going to make any difference. After seeing all of the various open minded groups. (I prefer this to the term Liberal because there are Progressives and Libertarians and others that can be worked with too that don't necessarily see themselves as liberals) What matters is an open mind and imagination. We need to gather the groups together in a stronger bond. Yes we will have differences but those can be worked through. It sounds like I am talking about a grand scheme of massive proportions. Not really (yet). All I want to do now is start collecting the data. Imagine each state with a website with contacts to ALL possible like minded organizations. Politics (Greens, Dems, Libertarians) Lifestyle (Stonewall, Rainbow Tribes, Communal Groups), Media (Alternative Papers, NPR and College stations) and individual businesses whose owners support the same causes as we do. Sorry I tend to babble on about this when I know that I need to edit it down or lose peoples interest. Check out Renaissance Farms tribe. It has more details on the project and a sample of Contact info to collect. Does anyone out there remember Anne Bulford? She went to ANtioch off and on for many years starting in 86 II think.

One last thing. I firmly believe that there are more of us (with open minds) than them. If we can use the new technologies to get really organized then we can finally start making things better.

    Peace.

    Andy
